[eng]Finally something official on the next "Highlander" movie. Dimension has hired Joel Soisson again to write the new installment, "Highlander: The Source". It's believed Soisson was hired based on the strength of him writing a draft and then being hired to write and direct the forthcoming “Prophecy” sequels for the studio.

"Joel has added a new aspect to his original plot that really opens things up and drives the movie in a much more exciting way", says an insider on the production.

Christopher Lambert will not be back for this new chapter, which takes things into a new, fresh direction. This time it centres on four new charismatic Immortals as they quest to locate the Holy Grail of their world.[/eng]
