De afgelopen jaren stond ze vooral vanwege haar relatie met de Britse prins Harry in de spotlights en verleden week werd duidelijk dat het stel zich terugtrekt uit het Britse koningshuis. Nu wordt duidelijk dat Meghan Markle weer aan de bak gaat in de entertainmentindustrie.

Het blijkt namelijk dat Markle een deal heeft gesloten met Disney. Het is nog onbekend wat deze exact inhoudt, maar ze zal teksten ingesproken in ruil voor een donatie aan Elephants Without Borders. Dit meldt de Britse krant The Times. De opnames zijn overigens al gemaakt.

Hun naam voor het goede doel
Het lijkt erop dat het stel zich nu mogelijk gaat inzetten voor het goede doel. Elephants Without Borders is een organisatie dat helpt om de olifantenpopulatie in stand te houden door deze te beschermen tegen stropers.

Mogelijk heeft Meghan meer ambities en wie weet duikt ze nu weer op in films en series. Het stel zou komende periode hun tijd doorbrengen in zowel het Verenigd Koninkrijk als Noord-Amerika.
