Regisseur James Cameron heeft een nieuw 3D project. Hij gaat namelijk een 3D-film produceren die gebaseerd is op het visuele spektakel van Cirque du Soleil. De familiefilm moet ingaan op enkele shows die het internationaal bekende circus heeft opgevoerd in Las Vegas. Volgens de website Deadline wordt het hoofdpersonage naar een magische wereld getransporteerd waar de acrobatische acts plaatsvinden. Officieel wordt het als volgt omschreven:
There are worlds beyond dreams, illusion and imagination, where human beings are capable of anything. Where love rules, and everything your heart yearns for is beautifully, incredibly real.
