Sony Pictures heeft een driejarige first-look deal afgesloten met Aardman, de animatiestudio achter onder andere Flushed Away, Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit en Chicken Run. Aardman maakte deze films samen met DreamWorks, maar die samenwerking liep eerder dit jaar stuk. Aardman heeft naar eigen zeggen momenteel vier scripts in ontwikkeling, waaronder die van een nieuwe Wallace & Gromit film.
