Regisseur Wes Anderson heeft een aantal nieuwe namen toegevoegd aan de voicecast van The Fantastic Mr. Fox, de stop-motion verfilming van Roald Dahls gelijknamige boek. Het gaat om Bill Murray en Jason Schwartzman, die al eerder met Anderson samenwerkten in The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou en The Royal Tenenbaums. De stem van George Clooney was al vastgelegd voor de hoofdrol.

Anderson: "George Clooney is going to be Mr. Fox. Bill Murray has a part. Jason is doing a voice. That's our team. It will take a couple years to do the animating. It's like Nightmare Before Christmas or those Christmas specials. These characters have fur, so it's not like claymation."
