Uiteraard zet Disney+ naast Star Wars en Marvel in op de nodige animatiefilms. Naast veel Pixar en de Disney-prinsessen komt er een nieuwe Phineas and Ferb-film en nu zijn de eerste beelden uit deze animatiefilm onthuld.

De film heet Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe en volgt op de animatieserie die in de Verenigde Staten van 17 augustus 2007 tot 12 juni 2015 werd uitgezonden op Disney Channel en Disney XD. Er verschenen vier seizoenen met maar liefst 222 afleveringen.

Candace Against the Universe
In 2011 verscheen de tv-film Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension en deze Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe is daar een direct vervolg op. De gebeurtenissen in de film spelen zich af voor het einde van de animatieserie.

In de film zien we hoe Phineas Flynn (Vincent Martella) en Ferb Fletcher (David Errigo Jr.) door het universum reizen om hun zus Candace Flynn (Ashley Tisdale) te redden. Ze is ontvoerd door aliens.
