De Briste komiek Johnny Vegas maakt wellicht zijn opwachting in de twee Pirates Of The Caribbean sequels die op komst zijn. Sinds hoofdrolspeler Johnny Depp met hem samenwerkte in het kostuumdrama The Libertine ziet hij in Vegas de perfecte scheepsassistent van Jack Sparrow.
