Afgelopen aflevering werd John Walker oneervol ontslagen van het Amerikaanse leger. De voormalige Captain America werd vervolgens in de scène na de aftiteling benaderd door een mysterieuze maar duidelijk machtige vrouw die zichzelf voorstelt als Contessa Valentina de la Fontaine. Ze weet wat er rond hem speelt en moedigde Walker zelfs aan door te gaan zoals hij ging.
Grote schurk?
Daarmee lijkt het erop dat het personage een nieuwe schurk wordt van Marvel Studios. Zeker is dat ze gespeeld wordt door Julia Louis-Dreyfus en dat ze meermaals te zien zal zijn in het MCU.
