Hoewel Hugh Jackman onlangs aangaf dat Bryan Singers X-Men: Days of Future Past vol zal komen te zitten met bekende gezichten, gaat January Jones er van uit dat haar personage Emma Frost (X-Men: First Class) niet zal terugkeren. De actrice is nog niet benaderd door de makers en ze gaat er ook niet van uit dat dit zal gaan gebeuren. Tegenover Collider zei Jones het volgende:

I don’t know that I’m in it, I don’t think Emma’s in this one. Well they haven’t told me if I am. I wouldn’t put it past them though, I got the script for the first one on the airplane on the way there. It’s called Days of Future Past I think, and I think it’s more about James [McAvoy] and Michael [Fassbender] and then Patrick [Stewart] and Ian [McKellan], and I think it’s gonna go back and forth with those so I don’t think Emma’s in those bits. I don’t know, I really don’t know.

Naast de voornaamste castleden uit First Class keren uit de originele trilogie in ieder geval Jackman (Wolverine), Ian McKellen (Magneto) en Patrick Stewart (Professor X) terug. Meer namen zullen ongetwijfeld snel volgen. X-Men: Days of Future Past komt in Nederland uit op 17 juli 2014.
